Chewzzz - Usage & Product Notice

Chewzzz melatonin gummies are a sleep support supplement intended for adults. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results may vary between individuals.

By purchasing, you acknowledge you have reviewed the product description, ingredients, and dosage information and confirmed the product is suitable for you. We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Sensitivity or reaction to ingredients not disclosed prior to purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with individual results or sleep outcomes

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee still applies in cases where the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described. In these instances, please contact our support team to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item; and
  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return; and
  • The product is returned in the same condition you received it, unopened and with original packaging intact.

Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not refund original shipping charges.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at chewzzzofficial@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return the faulty or damaged item (once authorised) and place a new order.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
  • If approved, the refund (minus the 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at support@chewzzz.com.

European Union - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in line with EU law. The product must be unopened, in original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee applies.

Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws (including Australian Consumer Law, EU regulations, and other mandatory local laws). Where required, we will repair, replace, or refund products that are faulty or not as described.
