Order Processing
- All standard order are processed with 48 hours
- Express processing orders are processed immediately
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification email when your order has been shipped.

Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Express Shipping: 2-6 business days (customs clearance may and could cause delays)
- Standard Shipping: 8-14 business days (customs clearance may and could cause delays)

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- Chewzzz is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for your order.. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address Changes

- We can not guarantee changes can be made after the order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Chewzzz is not liable for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
