Order Processing

  • All standard order are processed with 48 hours
  • Express processing orders are processed immediately
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification email when your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Express Shipping: 2-6 business days (customs clearance may and could cause delays)
  • Standard Shipping: 8-14 business days (customs clearance may and could cause delays)
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as customs, weather, or carrier issues. 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Chewzzz is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for your order.. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping Address Changes

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at chewzzzofficial@outlook.com. 
  • We can not guarantee changes can be made after the order has been processed. 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Chewzzz is not liable for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. 
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
